Which cities and areas do you deliver to?

We deliver in the Riviera Maya (Playa del Carmen, Cancún, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Puerto Aventuras) and in the State of Mexico (Cuautitlán Izcalli, Ciudad Satélite). You can see the full list of service areas above.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, from 6 AM if you order ahead of time. Confirm the available time slot for your area on WhatsApp.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies by area and is shown at checkout. Some areas have a minimum order amount.

My area isn't on the list, can you still deliver?

Message us on WhatsApp with your location and we'll check for special coverage or a coordinated delivery. We always look for a way to get there.

Do you deliver to hotels, resorts, and the hotel zone?

Yes, we deliver to hotels and resorts in the hotel zone. Just give us the hotel name, room number, and front-desk details so we can coordinate the surprise.

Is LovelyShop a local Mexican shop or an international app?

We're a 100% Mexican shop, founded in 2016 in Playa del Carmen. We're not an app or a foreign middleman: we prepare and deliver every gift ourselves across the Riviera Maya and Estado de México, with a verified 4.9★ on Google.

Do you ship all over Mexico or only the Riviera Maya?

Same-day delivery across the Riviera Maya (Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum) and Estado de México. For the rest of the country we arrange nationwide courier shipping depending on the product — confirm on WhatsApp before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card (Stripe), bank transfer (SPEI) and PayPal online. Cash is only accepted by paying for the gift in-store (not on delivery). Prices in MXN with a USD reference.

What are your service and delivery hours?

Orders via web and WhatsApp: 24/7. Operations and deliveries: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 365 days a year (surprise breakfasts are scheduled from 6 AM with advance booking).

Can I personalize my gift based on my delivery zone?

Yes. Personalization (names, messages, box contents) is the same in any zone; only the shipping cost and time change based on your location. Tell us your idea on WhatsApp and we'll put it together.

Does shipping cost vary by location?

Yes, shipping is priced by zone: from $80 MXN in nearby areas up to $350 MXN in farther zones like Costa Mujeres. Check your city in the Coverage section for the exact cost.

Do you deliver 365 days a year, including holidays?

Yes, we operate every day of the year without exception, including weekends and holidays. On high-demand dates (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) we recommend booking in advance.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date and time?

Yes. You can choose the date and a time window when placing your order (web or WhatsApp); for surprise breakfasts, delivery can be scheduled from 6 AM with advance booking.
