What are ARCO rights?
ARCO refers to your four rights over your personal data: Access (knowing what data we hold), Rectification (correcting it), Cancellation (deleting it), and Opposition (having us stop using it for certain purposes), in accordance with Mexico's LFPDPPP law.
How do I exercise my ARCO rights at LovelyShop?
Send your request via WhatsApp at +52 984 183 7897, stating your name, the right you want to exercise, and identification proving you are the owner of the data. You can also do it from the ARCO Rights page.
How long does it take to respond to an ARCO request?
We respond to your ARCO request within a maximum of 20 business days from the date we receive it complete, in accordance with Mexico's LFPDPPP law. If your request is approved, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days.
Is there a cost to exercise my ARCO rights?
Exercising your ARCO rights is free. Only justified shipping costs may apply if you request copies on a physical medium, as permitted by law.
What do I need for a valid ARCO request?
Your full name, a means of contact, an official ID proving your identity (or legal representation), and a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
